One mistake new adsense publishers make is to put googlel adsense codes on their web site before adding any content.
This is a big adsense NO NO!
If you don't have any content on your website, then, Google will have to guess as what your page is about.
Of course google will guess wrong, and so the ads that it displays may not be relevant to your site.
If that happens, you'll have to wait until Google re-crawls your web site for the ads to correct themselves.
Sometimes it may take up to 2 or 3 weeks before the changes are reflected in google's index.
in the mean time you will be displaying public service ads, for which you will not be receive any google cash.
Add some content to your site before you display google ads.
